just to drop a msg here....how many of you will be interested at black and white shoot?

we may probably set a theme mainly on black and white shoot...be it "FIlm" base or "Digital B&W"

Our Themes for Black and white
** Mainly black and white as main themes, we will start from street photo journalist style shooting, member can choose to shoot people, portraiture, building architecture, stills lives object, any shapes as theme.

The event would be probably a half day event from 8.30 am to 12noon. We will decide to go tea together or lunch together later.

I am PRoPosing 2 x dates for Black and white outing. And i am suggesting we start destination from Jalan Sultan areas near Raffles Hospital,bugis, whereby there is a lot of old shop houses. As a start, i suggest we call for a small group, total of 10 max. I propose we will gather and break into 3 small teams and go around shooting. Purpose of having this outing is to boast friendship between our photography community. Let us do take it as a cohesive event to associate, to mix around, exchange shooting tips and any jokes!! One things, lets put photoshooting as our main objective to achieve and not try to criticize if any member not doing a good job, ok?:cheers:

If you guy have better choice, do let me know, we will finalized venue once we have enough of kakis. And i would probably let you kakis know what to prepare and where do we meet up once everything has been set!

The date for our outing would be as following; I gave these date cos i need to give enough buffer to cordinate with other members becos i assume there will be plenty details we need to work out. Do choose your slot wisely :coolnod:

Anyway it was a good outing trip to explore around Kampong Glam, again. It never fail me to capture new perspectives of the cultural area. Met up with some new friends like Michael, Willis, Sam, and not forgetting Ian himself. Too bad the outing was stopped by a thunderstorm, that forced us to settle in a small little cafe to drink our hot tea. Talking about photography and breaking little jokes.

Overall was a wonderful trip, crossing fingers that it would not rain if we were going to visit the place again. :cheer:
