A lot of bros have asked whether can shoot or not. Some even ask me whether can video the show. You guys let me know how many of u are interested. I will try to arrange with the hairstylist to allow some of us to shoot. Just dont block the official photographer and videographer can le. No promises she can accomodate a lot.

Community project (will ask the organiser if we can do it)
I was thinking for some time, anyone interested to form a team to shoot the models/talents before they do the show. We will all need to contribute something for the shoot to make it a community project and share/learn for everyone involved. Let me know if anyone is interested. Will only proceed to ask if we can form the team and deliver some nice photos to the Graduate/organisers/models/talent in return for allowing us to shoot.

1. Fashion clothes sponsors (settled by me)
2. Makeup (settled by me)
3. Hair (By the talented graduate)
4. Fashion styling (provided by graduate)
5. 2-3 studio lights (anyone?)
6. Laptop for tethered shooting (anyone?)
7. DI/photoshop (anyone?)
8. A Good camera for tethered shooting (anyone?)

Our 5 man team is formed for the hair shoot and 5 man team for the event/runway shoot also formed plus 1 more extra videographer :clap2:

Doing feasibility studies from the 15th Nov one...if it can work...we will also rent 2-4 sets of Kinoflow/HMI...then set up 1-2 scenes for this shoot too :clap:

Admin/ Coordinating instructions for fashion shoot

Admin
* Report at 2.30 pm for briefing. 3pm will recce Fashion Bar and firm scene, then setup from 4pm onwards, ready for shoot by 5pm, finish shoot by 6.30pm.

Setup

* Vince123 will supply the 3 lights.

Logistics

Mission Critical equipment (Volunteers to bring them)
* 2 x Tripods
* 2 x reflectors
* Light meter
* Extension cords/plugs for lights
* Small ladder
* Color gels/celophane
* Laptop with software
* Wires or wifi setup
* Softbox, snoot, grid, wide angle reflector
* Lightstands
* Trigger/transmitter

Others
* 2 x White cloth around 1m by 1m (Tuck)
* 2 x Black cloth around 1m by 1m (Tuck)

Just had a meeting with Annie mei mei.

She is working with the Chief Makeup Artiste for Singapore Fashion Week for her grad show. The show is produced and fashion styled by another big name guy.

Clothes are from JNBY, a USD 1 billion dollars label

Wa stress stress already...we must shoot beautiful pics man!
