Pentacon six

New to these stuffs and I'm looking for a lens with Pentacon six mount. Saw some lenses for sale but do not know if they are suitable. Read that lenses for Kiev 60 is of the same mount. Right? Also, what about those lenses for Practika BMS? Are they of the same mount? Some help appreciated and thanks in advance. :happy1:

Kiev uses the same P6 Praktica mount, which originates from the Exatta. Do try to get some Carl Zeiss Jena lenses(from East German).. Cheap and quite good quality, especially the multi coated version (all black barrel).

Btw, what are you mounting the lenses to?? I have a Carl Zeiss Jena 80mm Biometar f/2.8, Glass is in excellent condition..but the aperture ring broke.... oso the adaptor (for minolta) got stuck.. if you want it, drop by SLCC and I'll give it to you. Just that you may need to send to Camera Hospital to repair it...

then u get a 80mm portrait lens liao.... hahaha

Thanks for the info. Wanna get one and 'play' on my Canon (with adapter). That's so kind of you to offer me the lens. Yeah sure, I can drop by and then check with CH to see how much he'll charge me. Will PM you :cheers:
