Community Project
Have arranged for a special shoot at 9-10 pm for fellow photographers to shoot the contestants inside PLUSH. Let me know if anyone can sponsor 2 Kinoflows or we can pull some money to rent 2 sets of kinoflow? If we cant get continuous lights. Anyone wanna help pull some funds to rent some lights?

* Purchase of tickets @$10. Please call Kelvin 91572815 before the tickets runs out.

* Report at 8.30 pm for briefing. Enter straight with tickets and go look for us.

* Each area should have a max of 8 photographers at one time. Behave yourself guys. Respect the ladies at all times. :)

Costing

* Can we have a indication whether everyone is agreeable to pay a extra $5-$10 to share the Kinoflow as this is a community project? Will need a treasurer to collect the money too, anyone?

Setup

* I need 1-2 volunteers who can help me pick up the rented lights from the lights company at 4-5pm.
* We will recce Club Plush at 6pm and do set up from 7.30pm onwards. Ready for shoot by 9pm.

Logistics

Mission Critical equipment (Volunteers to bring them)
* 2 x extension cords (anyone?)
* 2 x multi plugs, for 2/3 pins ones (anyone?)
* 2 x Tripods

Others
* 2 x White cloth around 1m by 1m (anyone?)
* 2 x Black cloth around 1m by 1m (anyone?)

Let me know if I miss out anything.

I think we will shoot at the cage area. Rem your photos determine who is the Miss Photogenic Sub title holder.

Support the girls...support Philosophy Iron, makeup forever and shoot their best photos for them to win Miss Photogenic.
