Christmas Musical from SADEAF (Singapore Association for the Deaf) & we'll be having our FIRST performance this weekend!! This musical is named 'Deaf Voices' & it will be a story about the deaf culture in Singapore.
Because this is a performance put up by the deaf, there will be no singing involved.
Song-Signing will however replace it.
Under sponsorship from KFC, our aim to raise deaf awareness through this special performance.
Lasting about 30-45min, this special performance by both deaf & hearing volunteers will showcase Christmas Caroling rendition in Song-Signing as well.
This is Lily Goh (You might have seen her in the first season of Singapore Idol. She was the Deaf contestant in it that rocked our nation.), our music director's FIRST attempt to put together a short musical for SADEAF. This is also the FIRST attempt by my deaf friends to perform a musical, something that needs alot of effort because of their hearing disability.
We are all in need of your support!!!
