Sony's plan to aggressively attack the entry-level DSLR market with a raft of new SLRs is no big secret. We've had a chance to get our hands on the new Alpha 350 and the recent Alpha 200. Here are our first impressions of this tight-knit family, including Sony's interesting take on solving the problem of extended exposure cycle time with live view.

I had a doubt on the LV of the A350 . Will the be a LAG ... ? I mean after the shuttle is pressed halfway , the LV LCD will lock , when fully pressed , will there be a 1 or 2 seconds lag ... ?
Got what i am trying to ask about this ... ?:confused1:

i think they built with the like of E330 Olympus if that the same then my guess is a DSLR PnS lookalike.

Just went IT show 2008 and had a hands on on 350
have to say the LV is very well implemented. Focusing as fast (due to the extra sensor)
The screen could tilt up and down and pretty useful if you want to shoot low or high without needing a ladder. Though the screen is not as bright or sharp as my a700, it serves it purposes.
Think Sony is really up to something liao..
btw.. 24-70G SSM is out and its a whopping SGD$2,999
