honestly speaking so far my pics that i posted there received freezing cold replies(one or two) and usually 'oh, that's nice', 'i like this number X' blah blah. those comments doesn't help me at all. and sometimes i wonder is my pics too good for them? cannot be right?

I was actually there. I posted some comments about the preferential treatment they give to some ppl,i.e SLCC vs another course organiser; setting up SGshoot and barred from CS. Total nonsense from them. Money makes the world goes wrong. also, ppl there are not so nice, so kenna deregistered.

my personal belief is that as long as you like the photo you take, it can't be wrong. shoot to please yourself and not others. usually the people who are unhappy with critiques with bad feedback are those who only want to hear the good things. for these people, i suggest class 95 fm. :rofl:

simply because i dun want to pay to organise shoot for community in CS in which i don't earn any money.

actually i dun know cause no feedback from anyone over there be it mod nor admin.

demotion starts when i started a basic photography thread for newbies in newbies corner. from then, all my PM gone. kena demoted and now with 100 pm size box instead of 400. they make me hard to access my PM particularly in reply. they make my browser show server busy most of the time. if not it'll be blank page.

so cute of them doing all these kiddos stuffs.

They are protecting a subscriber or subscribers in their workshops section. I raised questions about a prominent instructor who was deregistered for using double nicks and pointed out unequal treatment between a certain school and others. In the end, I got deregistered for criticising their admin for unfair practice in this thread

I would like to think that probably, it is all the effort and sweat that has been put inside there and to see it suddenly been cut off, there is a lot of pain and confusion existing.
I felt the same way when I was deregistered , trying to convince myself that somehow, they will reinstate me. But over time, it will be ok.

I would like to think that probably, it is all the effort and sweat that has been put inside there and to see it suddenly been cut off, there is a lot of pain and confusion existing.
I felt the same way when I was deregistered , trying to convince myself that somehow, they will reinstate me. But over time, it will be ok.

i think it's more like 'no exit interview'. they didn't de-register me. if they de-register me then case closed.

i think you've got me wrong. i'm only asking whoever has any account in CS to help me pm Darren. how on earth am i to PM Darren when i can't even view my PMs? if i were to register again, doesn't that makes double registration?

The world is already with a lot of problems and troubles, and in SGShoot, Peace and happiness.

I can understand Mr Jacob problem, as he has some responsibility for the PGs in his previous life.. he has organised a shoot FUN shoot for the fuji users this coming saturday and he is desperately trying to get his messages across to the particiapnts ( it is free and voluntary). But the !@#$@ has not allow him to carry out his responsiblities to the end. He is requesting help.

The mod and admin from the other side are behaving childishly and not least not helpful in developing photography, from what I see and some of you have rightly pointed, money minded.

No point getting angry and misunderstand each other over such minor issue. The other side will be laughing at us for being childish too.

If anyone can help, do help. Otherwise, be at peace.

i think there are exceptions lah. if both nicks are active then obviously admins will step in. but in your case you have no other way of contacting admin. you can ask them delete your new nick after fixing your old one.
