Hi there everyone. Just joined SGShoot today after reading some of the posts here. Although the forum is not as active as compared to some, but I really like the more friendly and 'family' feel this place provides. It's great. I'm really tired of 'lao jiao' sarcastic remarks, unhelpful replies and constant bickering in other forum(s). Hope SGShoot will pick up more steam soon and maintain the good spirits of a community photography forum. Cheers! :coolnod:

Wah, it's really nice to hear from you Jacob. I really admire what you and your kakis have done for F.U.N, and the presence of you guys here has inspired me to join this community as well. Too bad I'm not a Fujifilm user. Your ideas for non-profit activities/ outing is truly noble and I hope everyone of us here can benefit from your future events, whether profit or non-profit

There will be no flames of glory without a spark, or sparks for you and your bros.
As for getting a Fujiflim, maybe someday I will seeing how popular S5 pro is. But not for the near future I guess, considering that I've just befriended a certain Mr. 'L'
Welcome!!
First things first, new comers must buy all in SGShoot a cup of kopi first.

ok la. enough with that.
do you know many wedding photog uses gaffa tape to tape over fujifilm logo so that S5pro looks like nikon D200?
most customer believe in nikon DSLR........:confused1: cos they have not heard of FUJI DSLR, unfortunately.
wah, welcome welcome. i cant buy you a beer or a camera, but can give you a cheer.:clap2:
Fuji is good brand la. No matter what, you hold the power to shoot well. I have known of friends making lovely images from fuji dslr. i have also met an old time medium format professional photographer who gave up on dslr after trying fuji dslr system for one attempt. He still shoot with his hassy until today as he cant get over the digital barrier.
It has to do with user actually. So, if you are comfortable with a certain brand, you can still get the results you want. Well, of course, the limitation would be the budget. LOL

I have a bunch of Dragon Ball figurines on my office desk, so when I'm registering for the forum they sort of gave me the idea for the nick :happy1:
Thanks for all the warm welcome guys. Maybe if got chance next time, I will buy all the ACTIVE members some kopi and teh.
Actually when I'm researching to buy my camera, I also dunno Fujifilm got DSLR model. For most people, I think it's some sort of a Maverick brand for DSLR. There's really lack of advertising for this brand of cameras.
