I just sold my fancy Fujifilm FinePix F200EXR to another SgShooter this morning. Feeling a bit nostalgic, I took out my very first digital camera which I bought back in 1999 - a Nikon Coolpix E990, charged-up the battery (surprisingly it can still hold a charge), mounted it on a mini-tripod and took these shots. The file format is uncompressed TIFF, thus for a camera this old, it took almost 10 seconds to record image to CF card.

My grandfather's old ACS badge. If he is still alive today, he would be 102 years old.

A shot from my study room windows. Using a Nikon WC-E63 Wide Converter to expand the view to 24mm (35mm equivalent).
NOTE: Not too shabby for a 3.34 megapixel camera.
I remember using this camera to archive a friend's entire antique coin collection (total >1,500 coins). After 10 years, I must say it still takes pretty good macro. :)
If you are wondering what my second digital camera was..... a Nikon D100.
