F.U.N. is ONE!

Yes folks, FinePix Users Network (F.U.N.) is exactly one year old in November. :clap2:

To celebrate our first birthday, Jacob and I shall be organizing a variety of events and activities exclusively for our members to participate and enjoy throughout the month.

All members will receive invitation and notice 1 to 2 weeks prior to an event or activity. So keep an eye on this forum.

Time flies... I am glad that members, and some non-members as well, enjoy themselves during the series of outings we have organized for them in the last two months. I am sad to announce that Andy's 'Rediscover Nostalgia' outing on November 28 is the last activity planned for FUN is ONE!. Like before, subsequent outings will be scheduled on monthly basis.

Jacob is the master organizer for our regular outings. Members with special requests, please direct them to him.

Our next regular outing will be in December and you may have guessed it, it is to shoot Christmas lighting at Orchard Road.

Thanks to the all organisers and outing guides (myself included, heehee) and FUNnees. Yes we all enjoyed ourselves and got to know each other better during the past two months. In fact, good thing you stretched the celebrations over two months otherwise time flies even faster. Hope nobody catches the FLEW from flying time.

While subsequent official outings will revert to a monthly basis, I believe there will be a lot more unofficial outings from now on. I, for one, (plus KopiOKaya for two) will be sHOOTing at the Esplanade outdoor theatre most weekends and, in month of December, most evenings for me. I believe Sgsoonhoe and Amberture, for three and for four, will be regulars there as well. They also kena poison liao by the wide offering of "Esplanade presents" programmes that range from classical and traditional to rock and pop.

So anytime you are free, just drop by and you will find us at the front row. We are already "organised" on a permanent basis.
