While taking my friends' pre-wedding photos today, I was using manual mode when I failed to set the correct aperture. A series of images were grossly overexposed by at least 2.5 stops. This is one of them.
Yikes!!!!

Thank God I shot in RAF. I was able to save it using Adobe Lightroom 2.5.

This is when Fujifilm SuperCCD SR Pro and high dynamic range show their worthiness. Can Canon or Nikon do this?

Can also, but only within 1 to 1.5 stops.

WAH!
You so brave, weeding (oops, wedding) dare to shoot manual! I only dare to do this for play play like Topeng, not for important events. Lucky got Fuji Super CCD otherwise kena :knock2: liao!
I remember long ago, I shot friend's 21st birthday without flash, purposely under-expose to push process, but in the end forgot to push process, all the pixs dark :(
Anyway, Wedding reminds me of old British comedy... Priest asks the man: "Will you take this girl as your awful wedded wife?"

You know why I shot in manual? I was trying to balance my flash with the ambient light so I didn't want it to overpower the subjects. The lighting was really flat yesterday afternoon after heavy rain.

You go Thailand to convert your manhood to womanhood lor.

Fujifilm SuperCCD SR Pro is a very great cam. You cant do mistakes espacially in weeding photography but look at this technology above all.
