Otherwise how to persuade him shoot more with his new toy and come out with more pictures to quiz us? See my point?
If we answer his quiz fast, fast, then he will have to go shoot more pictures to quiz us fast, fast as well. At the same time, he also have the chance to utilize and learn more about his new toy. Otherwise, his BBB will be another white elephant.
You know what is Chua's BIGGEST problem?
He has too many good lenses but don't use them often enough to know their strengths and weaknesses. In the end, he only know how to BBB, but knows nothing about how to utilize his prized asserts.
You are different. You have no asserts to utilize, so you are being forced to implement with those limited lenses you have. In the end, you know them so well that you are able to create your maestropieces with a blink of an eye. But of course, you still need VR to increase your hit rate.

This is a Salak (Salacca Edulis), Snakeskin Fruit or 蛇皮果.
http://img.alibaba.com/photo/12039690/Salak_Salacca_Edulis_Snakeskin_Fruit.jpg
[photo: alibaba.com]
According to Associated Content, salak is one of the names for the fruit produced by a tree in the palm family, the Salacca Zalacca. Other names for this fruit are Snakeskin Fruit, Yingan or Sala. The Salacca Zalacca is a spiny, creeping, short-stemmed palm that grows best under humid tropical flat ground conditions. This tree and its popular fruit are native to Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. The fruit is also found due to introduction into the countries of the Philippines, New Guinea and the Queensland area of Australia.
There are at least 30 varieties of Salak with the most popular being Salak Yogyakarta, also more properly named Salak Pondoh. This is the best tasting Salak fruit with an almost indescribable sweet and tangy taste. Another popular variety is Salak Bali, grown on the Indonesian island of Bali. Salak Bali is popular but the taste of Salak Bali leaves the mouth dry, to some who eat it. Native Indonesians usually prefer Salak Yogyakarta while foreigners are slightly prone to preference for the Salak Bali. Monkeys in Indonesia love both varieties which they love to steal from tourists and children in Bali.
Another reason that monkeys love the Salak fruit is that the skin is very durable but yet easy to remove. The pulp of the fruit is firm but not hard to eat and there is only one seed per fruit. Recent studies by dietary experts from Europe and America have determined that the Salak fruit as well as the Mangosteen both contain properties that promote anti oxidant activity in the human body.
The Salak fruit grows all year round but is especially present in the months of April and May when roads in Central Java are lined with local sellers of the fruit. The palm tree that produces the Salak fruit bears fine fruit for a minimum of 50 years. The Salak fruit grows in clusters at the base of the tree, quite conveniently for both human harvesters and monkeys.

The Salak Bali is sweet and size smaller and the Pondok variety is big and sweet and not expensive. Batam bring in mostly this Pondok variety now.
You can buy the Atap Chee in syrup, also very large size and crunchy.
But have to try it before you buy and they allow you to taste it, if you don't buy its OK for them and no sour black face.

My small marvel Fuji Finepix F200EXR Camera did it again
This photograph is one stop over in order to get the cloud effect.

As I said, white or very light colours :confused1:
In Andy's case, it is very brilliant yellow and red. I will still considered it as high-key image.
Now... This is an OVER-EXPOSED image:

No PP does not mean cannot add color gels while taking the photo. Traditionally, photographers use color gels to give their images an unusual look.

No! it is not the end of the world, but the issue of global warming affecting our environment. That's my contributions to the awareness of this hot topic now being in debate at Copenhagen summit.
One more the Yellow sky, you can feel the heat of it.
This was done with the same red colour filter also, but with plus two stop over exposed in order to get the yellow sky colour.

More or less like that, but I used my old Mamiya 77mm red filter, plus the cross screen filter to achieved the star effect to give it a stronger glare to our eyes.

Actually, these colors remind me of Spain's national flag.

That was what I thought so. It is either using color gel or color filter.

I believe ANY lens - if fitted with the appropriate equipment ie close-up filter, extension tube, bellows, etc - could have taken the pix? So like this how to guess :confused1: If I guess it will be pure guessing. 1/6 chance of being correct.

Clue: It is taken with the most unexpected and under-rated lens. Or should I say zoom lens.

Wah you so generous with clues. Are you equally generous with prizes? In this case my guess is 18-70. Korek :confused1:

Under-rated only relative to Excelglsi's high standards? For cheapo lens owner like me, ALL the lenses in the list are considered "highly rated". Anyway, this is good clue... so do I get the collect answer
