Is this better than macros from the Lumix? I remember earlier there was some discussion that Lumix takes better close up pixs than S5? Hey how much is this lens new / used? Ken Lockwell says very good things about it. Your pixs also say very good things about this lens.

Bro, Lx3 is very good for micro shooting, Like the spiders... And the DSLR is very good for Bee in Flight or but this case butterfly.

My lens there a dent in the frt filter thread so to say I got it cheap. $350. I love it very much...

Oh. So this is relatively cheap poison. I guess if without the dent maybe $400+ used? Hmmmmmm I don't mind BBB somethilng like this to sHOOT butts (ha ha, I only now realise what butts are) and abstract spider flowers. But my first priority is the still super poison Topeng lens, ie 80-400 and that would take me a while to earn the money :(

Can't you shoot spiders with this? Stand farther away and no need point lens into their face? I guess with spiders a shorter focal length would make it more 3-dimensional?
