ALAMAK! Pardon the OT but....

The HELLth Promotion Board I boycott them because 90% of their health advice I disagree with! According to my own studies and research, if you follow those advice you will become more SICK! :knock2:

One of their few health campaigns that I agree with is the current one on eating whole grains (altho I disagree with some of the products featured like breakfast cereals). But this campaign should have been run 30 years ago. Only now then they wake up to the value of whole grains when people in natural health movement knew it all along and medical/scientific people began to accept it around mod-1980s!
