Hi All,

Here's a little introduction about myself. I am semi-retired because in Singapore most mortals like me can't afford to fully retire. I used to be an investment banker but switched career to do acupuncture and other natural health services.

I used to shoot slides and prints of my family in the 1980's and early 1990's and then sort of gave up the hobby. I kept all my Nikon lenses however.

A few months back, I noticed quite a few beautiful birds in my garden and decided to shoot them. That was when I got hold of Bluffname and KopiOkaya to help me buy the 2nd hand equipment....

I've been hooked since....a second wind.

Just posted some Starlings pictures in the other thread under Nature and Wildlife.

hahaha... all this sai talk is nothing... you ever tried seeing more than 10 different pple sai and still can eat a nice heavy lunch?? hee~ i did! :rofl:

That's your job requirement mah... Different.

By the Second Wind is a medical practitioner as well.

Just to clarify, I am not a medical doctor. I use only natural medicine and diets. And yes, I have asked for sai from most of the kids I have seen...looking for yeast infections....lucky I don't have to process the sai and eat lunch at my work place. ;)

Those who practise natural medicine, like Second Wind, usually do not like to be called, or compared with, or mistaken for, "medical doctors / practitioners" because their philosophy, methodology and remedies are quite the opposite to those of medical doctors. Doctors, the drugs they prescribe and the medical system they belong to have been identified as the third leading cause of death in countries like the United States and probably Singapore too.
