Hi all,

A user had accidentally dropped my D80 and it suffered multiple scratches and a 2 cm crack just below the LCD screen. My AF-S Nikkor 18-135mm lens thread was broken into pieces too, thus unable to be attached to the camera.

I need advice on which shop to go and get them fixed, at a good price of course. I appreciate info on the price quotation for such servicing too.

Thank you very much!

Try Steven of Camera Hospital at Sunshine Plaza. His prices are very reasonable, but not necessarily the cheapest though.

Many of us here go to him for our camera problems.

The number to call is 6336 0025.

Hey kopiokaya!

Thank you for the valuable info. I'll visit the place soon! Mann... I wish to have a working camera for the coming S'pore garden Fest.

Thanks again!

Meantime, if you desperately need a camera, you can always rent a D80 from The Camera Rental Centre for $30 a day (they offer half-price specials during weekends).
