Hi friends, am hardly an expert when it comes to the image editing stuffs. Just a novice who has a lot of black and white photos with me. In some places I have seen people to transform these images in a way where rest of the photo remains the same while the eye colours or any other thing is in colour. Want to know if I can do this too as a novice and which software is ideal to do that? If things are too difficult I might ask the professionals to do it but if its easier then I would have a go at it. Please help me with your comments.

you mean eyes or part of photo in color but the rest in b&w? use photoshop layers and/or masks.

madmacs: I think is the other around. From black & white to color.
tanmay: Maybe you can do a google search on "Colorize Black and White Photos". Probably you can find some tips there. :)
